Validity of UL-VNO License in India for 10 Year’s as per the DoT guidelines for unified license under VNO.

The Unified License (VNO) shall be issued on non-exclusive basis, for a period of 1O years. However, depending on technological developments and experience gathered, this duration of license may be reviewed after 3-4 years.

The Licensor may renew, if deemed expedient, the period of License by 10 years at a time, upon request of the Licensee, on the terms specified by the Licensor, subject to extant policy. The decision of the Licensor shall be final and binding in this regard. On renewal, the Licensee may be required to pay a renewal fee as may be notified by the Licensor.
